It only applies to rentals in the cities of Tijuana, Mexicali, Monterrey and Hermosillo.
By informing our Call Center with a minimum of 48 hours prior to the rental, from any other city in the Mexican Republic the extension of protection can be processed to cross into the US.

¿What should I do if I left the keys inside the vehicle?
Request assistance from National Car Rental so that they send you a duplicate, this action will result in an extra cost that will be assessed according to the distance and time of the event and assistance is required.
